💵 To keep delivery costs down, we send one driver, and customers are required to assist with unloading and delivery. If you're unable to assist, please enquire about our special assisted delivery service.

⏱️ Delivery can take anywhere from one day up to two weeks, depending on stock and location. To keep shipping costs low, we don't offer fixed days or time slots, but you'll receive a confirmed delivery window (date and approximate time) 24–48 hours beforehand. If you require delivery on a specific date, please enquire about our premium delivery service (additional fee applies). If you need us to store your items, please let us know—storage fees will apply.

🪟 When ordering replacement glazing with your product, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery/collection.

♻️ We offer a 60-day return policy, with free cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. Fees apply thereafter, subject to terms and conditions.

🪟 Bespoke glazing is non-refundable.

📞 Additionally, we provide support for any installation questions or issues for up to a year, provided the item is installed by a FENSA-approved fitter and you can supply the fitter's invoice and contact details.

🌍 Purchasing pre-loved and surplus items reduces the demand for new products, thereby decreasing carbon emissions and the use of raw materials. Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
